Crow Rider by Kalyn Josephson | Review

Thank you Sourcebooks Fire for sending me an ARC copy of this book!

The Crow Rider is the sequel and conclusion to The Storm Crow, this is published on July 7th 2020.

When I got the email offering an ARC copy of The Crow Rider, I couldn’t pass it up as I really enjoyed reading The Storm Crow in which I gave five stars! A quick review for you all today as I don’t want to give too much away!

The Crow Rider follows up where Storm Crow left off, we follow our main character again Princess Thia where she is banding together with her allies and her crow, Res in which each port they hit to gain new allies her Crow is able to train in new different ways and become a strong crow. They are allying together to rebel against Queen Razel and Illicia.

As Thia’s crow Res gets stronger, he also becomes a bit unstable and struggles to gain control in using his power and ends up a bit afraid to use them, but they are vital to the rebellion in overthrowing Queen Razel and freeing everyone from her rule.

I ended up really enjoyed reading this one, it was also a quick and easy read  so I flew through this one, I found the beginning a bit slow as I had to remember what had occurred in the first book but it all came back to me eventually, I definitely recommend this duology.
