This was my first ever Owlcrate box, I’ve been wanting to grab one for ages however I was super worried about custom charges and I wasn’t sure how much it was once changed into GBP so thus I kept putting it off.

I was also surprised at how quickly it arrived! Owlcrate are a US based box and I expected it to take a week or more to even get to me in the UK but the boxes started going out on a Friday and mine arrived on the Tuesday!

The box was jam packed and I couldn’t fit everything back into the box once I had opened it.

First up there was a microfibre towel which is designed by Stella Bookish Art. I really like the towel, it is definitely an item I never thought I’d receive in a book box but I absolutely love it! It’s perfect for holidays and the beach so I’m taking it with me.

IMG_4343Next we have this cute mason jar mug designed by Michelle Gray and Team Owlcrate. I’m not going to be using this for drinking but instead as a TBR Jar! I’m terrible at them but I really want to give it a try with this mug! Plus it looks really nice on my shelf.

Our next item is from Riddle’s Tea Shoppe, this is inspired by Morgan Matson’s Since You’ve Been Gone, I’m excited to give this a try and it’s actual tea bags instead of loose tea leaves which is perfect!

Ink and Wonder Designs have created a gorgeous woodmark, I really love their designs and this one is just stunning, it’s inspired by Aristotle and Dante Discover The Secrets of the Universe by Benjamin Alire Sáenz, which I’ve not yet read.

From BC Mini there is this ADORABLE cactus pen! I love it, it’s cute and perfect to write with.

The book that is included in this box is From Twinkle, With Love by Sandhya Menon, I’ve not read her previous book When Dimple Met Rishi but I’m really looking forwards to reading this one, it sounds really good and seems like a light read! This book was actually  signed by the author and it also came with a keyring and a letter from the author. The cover of the book is also an exclusive as it’s the same picture but the colours are different.

Also included in this book was a button, spoiler card and a booklet with an interview from the author and photo challenge inside. There was a July sneak peak in the box, which will be Strange and Unusual and will have a licensed item from Stranger Things! I’ve signed up for it as I’m really happy with this book and I love the theme for July!
