Frostblood by Elly Blake Review!

Frostblood by Elly Blake

Published by Hodder and Stoughton

I gave this book 5/5 stars, I devoured this book in two days, it was so amazing and beautifully written I didn’t really want to put it down, but you know, other responsibilities😂.

If you haven’t yet picked this book up yet and you enjoyed the Throne of Glass series by Sarah J Maas and Red Queen series by Victoria Aveyard, you will more than likely enjoy this book.

In a world of frostbloods ❄️ and firebloods 🔥 a seventeen year old girl called Ruby has the ability of fire, she has spent most of her life being told by her mother to hide these abilities however Ruby thinks that she should learn to control them, so she does so when her mother isn’t around and outside. She gets caught by the Frost kings guards and ends up on the run where she seeks sanctuary at a local monastery where she meets Arcus and the monks have a plan for Ruby for her to overthrow the Frost king.

I love the world that Elly Blake has created and I can’t wait to dive back into this world when the next book in the series is released, Fireblood, look how beautiful the cover for it is. 😍
